"My name is John Haugen. Founded the law firm here in 2007. Some of the things important you know about me is, been very fortunate, I have the greatest wife on earth. We're both West Point graduates, both former Army Captains. We raised eight children, five of them are lawyers.
One of the beautiful things about going to work every day is you work with your family. Three of my children have worked here. Currently my son is my number two, Connor Haugen. His fiancee works here. This is a family... family organization.
We care about you like we care about our own family. We're passionate about the people we serve. Everybody that comes in here comes in in a crisis. Nobody comes here for fun. One of the greatest things one person can do for another is help them through a difficult... difficult point in their life.
When I was a kid I had a dream of going to the United States Military Academy. I was one of those fortunate few that got a ticket to go. After I got out of the Army as a US Army Captain, my goal was to serve my community in other ways. The law firm is that way. That's where I serve now. My job is to serve you. Folks in trouble, folks in need.
Sometimes they need that Army Captain. Sometimes they need that warrior. Sometimes they just need somebody who can communicate in an effective manner and resolve a case without going to court. That's what we try to do here. We try to resolve things in a reasonable manner without going to court. But in the event you need to go to court, we're prepared. We're ready. We can assist you.
We hope you come in and meet with us. Give us an opportunity to talk to you. Give us an opportunity to walk with you, hold your hand, get you from point A to point B. Get you through that crisis.
